Your Podcast Interview

In Person Interview

One of the elements of a thriving Christian community is the sharing of what God has done in our lives with one another. Thank you for your willingness to share your story to encourage others in their faith!

The following are some details on what to expect on the day of your interview:

  • Expect an hour for the entire process.

  • My recording equipment is portable, so I can come to you to make it easier.

  • While getting set up, we can chat for a couple of minutes, make sure everything is working, and answer any questions you may have about the interview.

  • We’ll try and keep the actual interview between 20-30 minutes. If we go longer it’s ok.

  • I’ll start with a general introduction and welcome, then let you share a little more about yourself. This is your time to share any personal or professional information to help the listeners connect with you.

  • After the introduction, we’ll get into you sharing your story.

    • As you share, I’ll mostly leave it open to you.

    • I may ask a few questions or try to dig deeper on some points of interest or guide us through the conversation, but most of all it will be your space to share what God has done in your life.

    • If you have any highlights or application points you want to be sure we talk about, you can mention them in the form below.

  • After we wrap up your story, I’ll ask you three questions:

    • What verse has been most impactful or encouraging in your journey?

    • Is there any book, sermon, or worship song that has ministered to you along the way?

    • If someone listening right now is in the same or similar situation, what would you tell them?

  • After that, I’ll close it out in prayer for you, that God would use your story, and for our listeners who need encouragement.
